Our Services

When a storm rolls through — whether it brings hail, high winds, or driving rain — the damage to your home's exterior can be significant, and the insurance claims process can feel overwhelming. That's where Gumtree Enterprises steps in. We specialize in exterior insurance restoration, and we've helped hundreds of homeowners across the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus area navigate the claims process and get the full restoration their homes deserve.

Our process starts with a thorough, no-cost inspection of your roof, siding, gutters, and windows. We document every point of damage with photos and detailed notes — the same way an insurance adjuster would, but with your interests in mind. When it's time to meet with your adjuster, we're there with you, walking the property and making sure nothing gets missed or undervalued.

Insurance companies are in the business of minimizing payouts. We're in the business of making sure you get what you're owed. We know what adjusters look for, how to present damage documentation effectively, and how to negotiate when the initial scope falls short. Our team has recovered millions of dollars in legitimate insurance claims for homeowners who didn't know they were entitled to more.

Once your claim is approved, we sit down with you to review the full scope of work, help you select materials, and schedule your restoration at a time that works for you. From first inspection to final walkthrough, we handle every detail.

Your home's siding does more than define its appearance — it's the first line of defense against moisture, wind, and temperature extremes. When that siding is old, damaged, or simply worn out, the consequences go beyond aesthetics: water infiltration, higher energy bills, and declining curb appeal can all follow.

Gumtree Enterprises specializes in replacing outdated aluminum siding with modern, maintenance-free vinyl siding. Vinyl siding is one of the most popular and cost-effective exterior upgrades available today — it's durable, energy-efficient, and never needs painting. Whether your siding was damaged in a storm or has simply reached the end of its useful life, we'll remove the old material completely, install a proper moisture barrier, and replace it with a premium vinyl product that will protect and beautify your home for decades.

We work with top-tier siding brands including Royal Building Products and Exterior Portfolio, offering a wide range of colors, profiles, and styles to match your home's architecture and your personal taste. Our crews are experienced, detail-oriented, and treat every home as if it were their own. Every siding project includes full cleanup and haul-away of the old material — we leave your property cleaner than we found it.

Your roof is your home's most critical line of defense — and when it fails, everything inside is at risk. Whether you're dealing with hail damage, wind-lifted shingles, an aging roof that's past its prime, or a persistent leak you can't seem to track down, Gumtree Enterprises has the experience and the equipment to get it right.

We handle residential roofing from full tear-offs to targeted repairs, and we bring the same care and craftsmanship to every project regardless of size. Our team uses GAF roofing products — one of the most trusted names in the industry — and installs every roof to manufacturer specifications so your warranty remains intact.

Not every roof needs a full replacement. If your roof is aging but still structurally sound, our Roof Preservation program can restore its strength and extend its life at a fraction of replacement cost — and it comes backed by a product warranty and a workmanship warranty from Gumtree Enterprises. Get your free preservation estimate.

Every roofing project begins with our free drone roof inspection. Using high-resolution aerial imagery, we can identify damage, assess shingle condition, and document problem areas before putting a ladder on your home. This gives you a clear, honest picture of what your roof needs before any work begins — and it gives us the documentation we need if an insurance claim is involved.

From the first inspection to the final cleanup, we manage every aspect of your roofing project with professionalism and transparency. We'll walk you through the scope of work, explain your material options, and keep you informed every step of the way.

Old, drafty windows are more than an annoyance — they're a source of energy loss, moisture infiltration, and noise that affects your comfort every single day. If your windows are difficult to open, show signs of condensation between the panes, or let in cold air around the frames, it's time to consider replacement.

Gumtree Enterprises installs premium energy-efficient vinyl replacement windows that are built to perform and built to last. Vinyl windows require no painting, resist moisture and rot, and provide significantly better insulation than older aluminum or wood-frame windows. The result is a quieter, more comfortable home and lower heating and cooling costs year-round.

Our installation process is thorough and detail-oriented. We remove your existing windows completely, prepare the opening with proper flashing and sealing, and install your new windows to manufacturer specifications. Every window is sealed inside and out with premium caulking to ensure a tight, weatherproof fit. We handle all sizes and configurations — single-hung, double-hung, casement, picture windows, and more. If your windows were damaged in a storm, we can also assist with the insurance claims process to help offset the cost of replacement.

Gutters are one of the most overlooked components of a home's exterior — until they fail. When gutters sag, pull away from the fascia, or leak at the seams, water can pool against your foundation, saturate your landscaping, and work its way behind your siding. The damage that follows is often far more expensive than the gutters themselves.

Gumtree Enterprises installs custom-fabricated seamless gutters that are built on-site to fit your home perfectly. Unlike sectional gutters that are assembled from pre-cut pieces and joined at multiple points, seamless gutters have no seams along their length — which means fewer leak points, less maintenance, and a cleaner, more finished appearance.

We offer both 5-inch and 6-inch seamless gutters depending on your roof's pitch, drainage needs, and aesthetic preferences. Six-inch gutters are particularly well-suited for homes with steeper rooflines or larger surface areas where water volume is higher. Our team will assess your home and recommend the right size and configuration for your specific situation. Every installation includes removal and disposal of your old gutters and downspouts, proper routing of new downspouts for effective drainage, and a final inspection to confirm everything is flowing correctly.
